Vanessa Helps
BA MA FCIPD

Vanessa is founding Director of Going Well. She has a background in occupational psychology and has worked as an organisation consultant for 25 years.

She has been a counsellor for CRUSE, a member of the former National Association of Bereavement Services and has completed studies at the College of Funeral Sciences in Salisbury.

Going Well is a consultancy working with individuals and organisations on endings, loss and change. This includes those undergoing significant personal change, departments being foreclosed, the human effects of mergers and acquisitions and those affected by bereavement.

She is an Associate of Ashridge Consulting at Ashridge Business School in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire where she is an accredited coach .

She has a Master's Degree from the Department of Occupational Psychology, Birkbeck College, University of London and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is trained in group work and counselling
