Going Well works with individuals and organisations on endings, loss and transition.


Assignments have included:

Organisationally
  • Assisting a project group disband after five years of working together
  • Working with a Government Department which was to close in eight months' time yet with the current mandate still to implement
  • Assisting the Chief Executive and Directors of a Primary Care Trust, (PCT) make the transition to Primary Care Group (PCG) which included finding new posts for themselves alongside several thousand staff and maintaining the health service provision.
  • Enabling a group end its involvement in an eighteen month development programme

Individually
  • Chief Executives and senior managers facing enforced or voluntary transition take a different direction in their professional or personal life
  • Those with a terminal diagnosis address and plan for their own ending
  • Assisting those facing redundancy
  • Helping those coming to terms with a signicant bereavement in their personal life
